Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using DailyVet, you declare that you are at least 14 years of age and fully agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Service Description

DailyVet is an educational application designed to assist Veterinary Medicine students with daily practice through question sessions. The content is strictly informational and educational, and does not replace guidance from teachers, official study materials, or supervised professional practice.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials (email and password). Each account is personal and non-transferable. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free and Premium Plans

DailyVet offers a free plan with limited features and a Premium plan with full access. The Premium plan is available through a monthly or six-month subscription.

The Premium plan unlocks:

• Detailed question explanations shown after incorrect answers;
• Error Review with sessions focused on questions you previously missed;
• Unlimited Focused Practice per discipline, with no daily session cap;
• Session Replay on completed track sessions, with questions and answer options reshuffled (without affecting your original progress);
• Up to 6 Streak Protections (shields), which prevent the loss of your daily streak on days without practice.

When applicable, the six-month subscription may include a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, the six-month subscription price is charged automatically, unless the subscription is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. The exact duration and price of the free trial are always shown on the subscription screen before purchase confirmation.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

• Payment is processed by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) through your account on the respective store.
• The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The renewal amount is charged to your app store account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period. You retain access to Premium content until the end of that period.

6. Intellectual Property

All DailyVet content — including questions, explanations, images, text, and design — is the exclusive property of DailyVet or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, screenshots, or sharing of question content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

7. User Conduct

By using the application, you agree not to:

• Share or distribute question content and explanations;
• Attempt to access premium content in an unauthorized manner;
• Use the application for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
• Interfere with the operation of the application or its servers.

8. Limitation of Liability

DailyVet is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the educational content of the application. The content does not replace academic training or guidance from qualified professionals.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notification. Continued use of the application after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Account Termination

You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing dailyvetapp@gmail.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
